Manoj Dias Is Grateful For The Place He Is In

Slowing down feels hard to do at times. Committing to your evolution feels hard to do at times. Allowing yourself to feel certain emotions feels hard to do at times. And in this episode, we remain honest about the practices that ultimately lead to us becoming our more accepting and mindful selves.

As honest as this conversation is, it is also soft, calm, and incredibly relatable for many of us experiencing transition and awakening in our lives.

Manoj Dias, our special guest, is a mindful speaker, meditation teacher, published author, and founder. In 2015 he founded Australia's first multidisciplinary drop-in meditation studio called A-SPACE, which was later acquired by Open, where Manoj is the co-founder and ultimately led him to migrate to Los Angeles.

Earlier this year (in March 2021), Manoj gifted the world his first book titled "Still Together." You may browse and purchase the book here.

Having experienced significant and pivotal moments in recent seasons, Manoj and I discuss navigating these changes and remaining grounded through the journey. Other topics we touch on include surrendering, meditation, Buddhist wisdom, startup culture, fatherhood, witnessing, and more!
